The hotel is conveniently located close to a big mall, making shopping and dining options easily accessible. It is also easy to get downtown by taxi, allowing for exploration of the city's attractions. Situated on the Pipera skyline, guests can enjoy beautiful views from their rooms. Additionally, the hotel is close to the biggest park in the area, perfect for outdoor activities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

The bathroom in some rooms may not be well ventilated, which can be a minor inconvenience.

During my recent stay at Crystal Palace, I was really surprised by the warm welcome and thoughtful gestures from the staff. They were pretty good too make me feel special, even providing a complimentary fruit bowl and a handwritten note from the manager. The attention to detail made a difference in my overall experience.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as slightly loud air conditioning and windows that didn't isolate noise very well, they were not significant enough to overshadow the positive aspects of my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the metro station with easy access to the city center. The hotel facilities were great, with a large car parking area and luggage storage even after checking out. the cleanliness of the room was great, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. Located in a residential area near the business district we were working in, the location was perfect for us. The service here was exceptional, with the staff providing personal service and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. The in-room safe ensured our belongings were secure, and the mini-bar was well-stocked. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and even in-room breakfast available. We were also impressed with the on-site spa & wellness center, which had relaxing features such as a sauna and steam room. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

The curtains in the room were a bit worn and dusty, giving the room a stuffy feeling. There was only 1 shower gel provided in the bathroom, not enough for multiple showers.
